CodonCode Aligner 3.6.1 released

New in this version are functions to change bases in samples and consensus sequences to lower case or upper case. Also new is that tags added to consensus sequences are now preserved when new samples are added to a contig.
Version 3.6 is a free upgrade for users of CodonCode Aligner 3.0 and 3.5. Users upgrading from version 2 will need new license keys to use this version.If you have questions about your license key or support agreement, or would like to provide feedback, please contact CodonCode's support team.
